Under performance based contracts, we are held to achieve metrics not only to meet quantitative targets, but also to maintain "acceptable quality levels." This is consistent for a defined project or a continuous process. And it traverses the Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies, the Not-For-Profit Sector and Commercial Industry.
Over time, Brace developed a comprehensive "project management approach" to fulfill contract performance objectives and contract data reporting requirements.
In addition to transitioning an incumbent workforce, we leverage dedicated recruitment resources to ensure a "bench" of qualified staff. This is sustained by a total compensation plan with competitive pay and benefits to assure high retention. We align with independent consultants and subcontractors who not only bring unique technical acumen, but also embody our philosophy toward the treatment of staff.
Delegation of Authority & Project Organization
From the "C" suite to the assigned Program/Project Management team, we assure unimpeded flexibility to support client managers, along with company resources to sustain performance. We establish clearly defined objectives mated with defined responsibilities and detailed tasking, culiminating in a work breakdown structure tied to specific deliverables.
Accountability & quality assurance
Our accounting, timekeeping and billing systems have been approved by the Defense Contract Audit Agency. We participate in and sustain the National Industrial Security Program. In addition to our schedule and cost control tracking systems, we maintain a rigorous Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan to encompass all the above. This ensures timely service delivery and required phase-in/out plans in accordance with contract requirements.
We can execute your Statement of Work or Performance Work Statement. Otherwise, give us your Statement of Objectives and we'll take it from there....
