The Brace Seaport-E team consists of a diverse group of large and small businesses with domestic and international operations to deliver and sustain innovative solutions for the Seaport-E community. While its members bring a depth of myriad capabilities and experience,
brief summaries and highlighted past performance below, relate specifically to our concentration in certain functional areas of support.
International Business Machines Corporation, Global Business Services-Federal (IBM GBS).
IBM is a “Gartner” top quadrant and information technology (IT) services’ company with extensive experience and capabilities directly and highly relevant to Department
of Defense (DoD) IT, Financial Management (FM), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions among others. IBM GBS provides the Navy with: (1) unmatched ability to support the Navy program offices in integrating
solutions with the Navy N-ERP, (2) Navy supply and maintenance business process subject matter expertise, (3) more than 7-years of Navy ERP SAP solution design, development, and deployment experience,
(4) an extensive understanding of the challenges facing the Navy FM, ERP and BPR program, and (5) the necessary resources and infrastructure to achieve performance, schedule, and cost goals.

On behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (OASN) and lower echelons of authority, IBM GBS provides exemplary leadership towards implementation of the
Department of the Navy’s Financial Improvement Program (DON-FIP) and integration of the Navy’s converged N-ERP platform. Brace supports Team IBM GBS under the EX02 Task Order (supporting the Program Office of Financial Operations-FMO),
in addition to serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with IBM GBS under non-Seaport-E efforts (i.e. in support of the Naval Supply Systems Center-NAVSUP, relative to implementation of its FIP).

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE)
provides full-service, multi-disciplined engineering services to clients throughout the United States. LCE has over 400 employees co-located nearby NAVSEA HQ and its primary field activities and Fleet homeports.

award of a follow-on contract, now open to other major, U.S. Navy claimants.
